bleeding like a stuck pig.
Nov. 15th, 2005 01:09 pmJust thought my flist should know. <3 Owie. x.x But, this does explain the attitude of despair that's been lingering over me for the past couple days. Just preparation for all the pain. *hobbles about* I almost decided to skip school today, but my host mom came in to wake me up at 9:40 (late!) and somehow I mustered the strength to get up. I was planning to work on my research paper today, but...I'm as good as dead like this. Bad timing. Oh damnit, I forgot about that shorter paper due this week. Really bad timing.
Completely randomish: I was watching SMAPxSMAP last night and they were playing this bowling roulette game. Huge roulette with numbers 1-6 on it. If you get the bowling ball in 1-2-3 or 4-5-6 for your team's color you win. There's this huge screen behind it that announces the results (in English). Like, when you get it in the right hole, it's a STRIKE and if the ball goes in the opposite teams' spots it's a PRESENT to the opposing team. What I really didn't understand was the part where if the ball goes into a number that your team already has...it's CUSS (you don't gain anything). There must be some other meaning of 'cuss' that I don't understand...so I looked it up in the dictionary, but I still don't understand why they'd use 'cuss' since there's only one definition: to curse/swear. At least in English...maybe I'm just being dumb.
